Responsibilities
- Execute complex data modeling and statistical analysis to drive business intelligence.
- Design and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for night-shift monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize operational efficiency.
- Perform data cleaning, integration, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Investigate anomalies and root causes within large datasets to prevent operational errors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
