Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support business forecasting and risk management.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership to guide strategic planning.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering and product to align data strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
