Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure maximum data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive, executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth data mining and statistical analysis to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Automate reporting processes and ETL pipelines to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Document data models and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
