Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide weekly performance summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a weekend shift
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects and visualizations
