Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our data infrastructure and business strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating comprehensive reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical modeling and trend analysis to identify business opportunities and operational risks.
- BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Automation: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate routine reporting tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift).
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related data science role.
- Shift Work: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
