Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis during night shift monitoring to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met across all reporting channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
