Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy for night-shift reporting.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor real-time performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify anomalies, market trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the day-shift operations team to deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- Maintain and optimize SQL databases, writing complex queries to retrieve specific data points efficiently.
- Automate reporting workflows using Python or R to reduce manual errors and streamline operations.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met across all night-shift analytics tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operations or night shift environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
