Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data cleaning, validation, and transformation using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making for leadership.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot anomalies to minimize downtime and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Expert knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and manage time efficiently.
