Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all night-shift operations and databases.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for data analysis.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Ability to work effectively during Night Shift hours as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
