Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity before analysis.
- Nightly Reporting: Generate, review, and distribute comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders every night.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data to support strategic business planning.
- Database Maintenance: Perform routine database queries and maintenance tasks to optimize data retrieval speeds.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to align on KPIs and data requirements.
- Tool Optimization: Continuously improve existing data workflows and automate repetitive manual tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables); experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data precision.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
