Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation processes.
- Automate reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and meet tight deadlines.
