Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business growth.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to retrieve data from various relational databases and data warehouses.
- Visual Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and implement validation checks to ensure 100% accuracy in all reporting outputs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
