Responsibilities
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Data Management: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Engineering) to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying & Database Management), Python or R, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
