Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and customer behavior.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define key metrics and success goals.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Storytelling: Translate technical findings into compelling business narratives for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
