Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical experiments and models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present insights effectively.
