Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and drive optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Build automated ETL pipelines to streamline data ingestion and reporting processes, reducing manual workload.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and executive summaries.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth within our datasets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
