Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain complex analytical models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to support business objectives.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce high-level reports and executive summaries that drive data-informed decisions for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Relocation Support: Manage the end-to-end relocation process for incoming talent, ensuring a seamless transition to the New York office.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all data sources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering, and marketing teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define success metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a track record of solving complex business problems through data.
