Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support business intelligence reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate marketing campaigns and product features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus.
