Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives and reporting needs.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Extraction: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and ensure data accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical concepts, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
