Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Proficiency in SQL (strong querying and database management skills) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
