Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Create predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast future trends and support business planning.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure data governance and compliance standards are met.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
