Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and facilitate real-time monitoring.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write efficient, optimized SQL queries to extract data from various sources and manage data pipelines using Python or R.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise written reports and executive presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- A/B Testing: Support marketing and product teams by designing and analyzing A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Visualization: Extensive experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and integrity.
