Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure they are accurate and ready for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Design intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to identify key business questions and data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and revenue growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, concise, and professional reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
