Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and track business performance metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key trends, optimize processes, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual data entry and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
