Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive, executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce regular and ad-hoc analytical reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key metrics and improve data collection processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to reduce manual reporting time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN area.
