Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure real-time reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience writing complex queries.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
