Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical data requirements.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Lead the data governance process, establishing best practices for data collection and storage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expert-level knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
