Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor business health and anomalies
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for operational improvements
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for high-impact business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Proven experience creating executive-level data visualizations and reports
- Strong business acumen to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI) preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
