Responsibilities
- Transform Data into Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities for the business.
- Visualize Success: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to track KPI performance.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through rigorous cleaning and preprocessing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop statistical models to predict market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python, or R, along with experience in ETL processes.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
