Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend solutions to optimize workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract specific data subsets for analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
