In this pivotal role, you will own the data analytics lifecycle, from gathering raw data to delivering high-impact visualizations. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to uncover hidden trends that fuel business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and market trends to recommend actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection processes and data quality.
- Present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
