Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from data extraction and cleaning to final reporting and presentation.
- Design and develop dynamic, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex datasets for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain robust SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and real-time availability.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
