Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital health platforms
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL and Python/R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
