Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business objectives into analytical models.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and written reports.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and real-time reporting capabilities.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of new features and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (Relocation assistance available).
