Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Develop and implement advanced analytical strategies to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- SQL & Data Mining: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify data requirements and deliver reports that drive revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles within the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
