Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and implement data-driven decision frameworks
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user engagement metrics
- Create comprehensive data models for forecasting and predictive analytics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics at a Fortune 500 tech company
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
