Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and governance protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP data services
- Strong statistical modeling skills: regression, clustering, and time-series analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics) preferred
