Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and track business performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify key business problems and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor data pipelines and data quality to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and database management.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
