Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver high-quality, actionable reports.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies to optimize our analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
