As a Data Analyst at Apex Innovations, you will be the architect of our data strategy, working closely with leadership to uncover hidden trends and drive growth. You will utilize cutting-edge tools to build scalable solutions that impact our bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- SQL & ETL Proficiency: Write complex queries and manage data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends, identify anomalies, and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Automated Reporting: Implement automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and ensure data accuracy across the organization.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, security, and documentation within the data warehouse.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
