The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between our data infrastructure and business strategy. You will design, implement, and maintain data models that support key business initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of statistical analysis and modern visualization techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Build automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
