Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Identify data anomalies and perform thorough data cleaning and validation to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
