Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract data from various sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate marketing campaigns and product features, providing data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related data science role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Subqueries, Joins, Window Functions) is mandatory.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
