Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize findings and present them to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
