Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in business data.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize data trends for stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
- Documentation: Document data pipelines and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
