Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling format.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Glue, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
