Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical projects.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate data from various databases and sources.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries, ensuring data accuracy and clear storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements within our data pipelines to increase efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating dashboards with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and performing statistical analysis.
