Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather and preprocess large, complex datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform rigorous statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business outcomes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting & Strategy: Create detailed analytical reports and executive summaries that translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to understand their data needs and answer critical business questions.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company's data warehouses and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Immediate Availability: Must be available to start work immediately upon hiring.
