What You Will Do:
- Analyze Complex Data: Dive deep into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy.
- Visualize Insights: Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.
- Automate Processes: Develop Python or R scripts to automate reporting workflows and increase efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python/R, and Excel.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to support business decision-making.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python/R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake) is a plus.
