Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced SQL querying and complex data modeling.
- Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business health.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing regular data audits and cleansing processes.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to streamline daily operations and reduce manual workload.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, concise narratives for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools, specifically Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced tech environment.
